Health & Safety Administrator Job Ref – 1410 £11,000 - £13,000
We have an opportunity for a proven administrator to perform a varied role across 3 departments for our client in North Sheffield
Supporting Human Resources, Training & Development and Health & Safety Departments your admin duties will include:
- Logging sickness and holiday attendance information for HR
- Providing telephone cover on occasion
- Maintain a variety of training registers
- Monitor and update risk assessments
- Develop and manage H&S internet pages
In addition to this their will be routine tasks such as maintaining notice boards, filing, archiving, shredding, and maintaining documents.
Hours & Days: Monday – Friday, 37 hours per week, flexitime
About You:
Due to the nature of the role you must be IT literate, a good communicator, possess a high regard for confidentiality and be able to work on your own initiative.
The successful candidate will have strong administration skills, a proven background of dealing with customers and working in an office environment.
You will also have a professional image, appearance and attitude.
