The Company
Our clients are a leading food manufacturer based in Leeds, due to recent internal restructuring and an increase in work load they are now looking to recruit an electrical engineer to join their existing maintenance teams
The Role
Working within a food processing and packaging facility providing planned and unplanned maintenance support to the site You will work within a maintenance team consisting of 13. This role will specifically cover a continental shift pattern and your team will consist of 3 multi skilled engineers. Due to the nature of the business a high percentage of the work will be reactive unplanned maintenance (75 %age). This work will be prioritised in accordance with production requirements liaising with production manager/supervisor

About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will be apprentice trained or time served to ONC/HNC level and have gained 16th edition, with experience of: •Food or packaging •Fault Finding •Lean Manufacturing •PPM •Mechanical Competency •Industrial Process Control environment •Basic knowledge of PLC controlled systems •Knowledge of Frontline-Shires
