With experience in a Collections environment, you'll be able to talk to people in a way that interests them, engage them in discussion, influence them and negotiate. You'll have great problem-solving skills and be able to deal with problems quickly, even within a changing environment. You'll work well in a team, building good relationships with people at all levels. It's all part of your ability to deal with people.
