As Accounts Manager for my client you will enjoy a varied and challenging role in a diversified, high-growth company. Your duties will include:
Duties & Responsibilities
Sole charge of Accounts including sales, purchase ledgers. Using Sage line 50 to raise purchase orders, post delivery notes, stock adjustments and raise invoices and credit notes.
Online banking for statements and supplier paymenst as well as setting up standing orders etc. reconciliations's and credit control. banking and dealing with customer services. using Payroll Manager software for payroll duties including new joiners, leavers, raising P45 dealing with tax and Inland Revenue Tax and NI Payments.
Telephone enquiries - we will require in busier times that the candidate will help with telephone enquiries & orders. An ability to learn & understand our product range is also essential
About You
You will need previous experience in a similar role with strong accounting skills, experience with Sage, excellent multi-tasking skills, initiative and outstanding organisations skills.
